Sunset Cove Board Elections April 25th
Two positions will be up this April election.
These Candidates feel it is critical that our owners have more of a voice in the specific matters affecting the COA.
James (Joe) Baptist and Bob Nichols are running for the two open seats to give that voice to all of you.

"I believe our board meetings should be open, friendly exchanges where the board and the owners discuss together, the challenges that face our COA."

Keep the SSC Website Current.

Eagerly welcome discussion on COA business with any owner.
Focus on Management
Prioritize regular maintenance to avoid costly assessments.
Create a long range plan that anticipates future expenses.
Welcome ideas and input from owners to achieve project management goals.
Work to Create a budget that is clear and easy to understand for all owners.
We need both of these candidates together on the board to achieve these goals for all of us.
